About Melanie

Melanie Nightingale is a certified Oxygen Advantage® instructor, yoga teacher and Qi-Gong practitioner. She teaches functional breathwork and gentle movement on the beaches of the Côte d’Azur and online, helping people build calm, resilient and efficient breathing.
